The new messaging app on social media is causing much concern. Once downloaded far too much personal information is taken. People who have downloaded it are now deleting it while others are ignoring it altogether. I am among the ones who are ignoring it. But I found a way to still be able to message friends without downloading it. On my desktop I can still use regular messaging. When using my phone, I simply go to a search engine and log in from there. The search engine version does not require the app to be used either. It took me a while to figure this out, but I’m so glad I worked through the issues and found a way to stay connected.
